Hello again fellow readers
I am in john lennon airport awaiting for my flight out of country and back into Norway where i have been meaning to visit for a while now. I am looking around at this airport and as you may or may not know Liverpool for some reason has become Europes capital of culture 2008 and the question that i ask myself is why? Because there is nothing in Liverpool for it to be deserving to have a title like that. All i am seeing in this airport posters and quotes from the beatles and that is it and to me that seems its all Liverpool has got to offer as a city and also them stupid bananlamb things which was not even Liverpools idea in the first place and due to this the actual artist is now sueing the city council for not asking permission to use these daft things from the beginning.
So i am looking at this screen to find out where my gate is and this fat stupid scouse guy stands in front of me obstructing my view of the screen and anyone who saw him standing in front of me would of approached that man and said "Hey as you can clearly see that the guy behind you was looking at the screen and you have just blocked his view of it". This annoyed me because he only was looking at the screen very briefly and for the rest of the time he stood there eating a sandwhich from the airport cafe but that was not my main problem my problem was where he was flying too that day. He was only flying to Glasgow which was only a 3 hour commute by train and he has probably been at the airport 2 hours before departure and the plane was not ready for another hour and a half and plus the 30 minute journey time also.
30 minutes later my gate appeared on the screen and i so i approach my gate and then later i board my plane and sit next the window which was not as it used to be because i am around 6,3 6,4 and i have to crouch to see clouds now. An elderly couple were sat next to me for the duration of the flight and they had not been to Norway since they were 17 and they looked around 70 to 80 years old so it was nice for them to get away from it all. It was nice talking to them but i have never seen such elderly drinkers because they bought a 6 pack of vodka bullseye and this was quite extrodinary yet quite disturbing to see them drinking so much whilst 30,000 feet in the air.
We landed in Torp (oslo) 5 minutes early and i met up with my uncle and set out straight to the shop to work. Once i was at the shop i was working on placing the DVDs back on the shelves when i heard the noise to alert the shop assistants of people entering the shop and i looked around and saw a couple of people wearing grey pajamas and at first i thought well this is norway a place where people don't really give a dam to what people were wearing , however even for norsk standards it was weird because some shoppers saw me and then were interested to see what i was seeing and then even they looked confused to see two people wearing pajamas in the shop but what made it more wierd was the time they were wearing them and it was not even before 5 pm that this little parade took place.
After i had finished work i then set off home to have some tea and this was around 11:30pm. My auntie was at her friends so it was just me and my uncle left to our own devices when i came to making something to eat and because my uncle is useless to cooking and i had no clue what to make at the time we ended up eating bread and natural yogurt for that night with a glass of orange flavoured water.
